Our quaint vacation home exists since 2015 and was built circa 1650. It is located in the old “Ortskern” (Village center) of Flörsheim-Dalsheim (Lower-Flörsheim) and we are owners of the property since 1986. During that time we have completed many restorations and additions ourselves, with love and therefore attention to detail. Cozy, but certainly not perfect.
For your vacation, you will have 100 square meters (1076 Sq. Ft.) living space, enough for 1-4 persons at your disposal. You will find:
on the ground floor:
- living Room with cable TV and radio.
- fully functional kitchen with an eating area.
- guest restroom.
- washer and dryer
on the 2nd floor:
- 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds
- bathroom with tub, shower and toilet
Additional amenities include a lush garden with covered sitting area, a parking place in front of the house and an additional space for bicycle parking.
Upon request, a crib for small children can be provided; so they may sleep well, we ask you to bring your own bedding for the crib, should you need one.
In the interest of all future guests, pets are not allowed.
Towels, linen’s, blow dryer, clothes iron, ironing board and detergent are - of course - provided.

Flörsheim-Dalsheim lies in picturesque Wonnegau. Worth seeing is the “Fleckenmauer”, which is the old city wall built between 1470 and 1490. It's standing nearly complete and historic tours are available. Also worthy are the tasty wines, as Flörsheim-Dalsheim belongs to the largest wine growing communities in Rheinhessen, a part of Germany known to produce high quality wines. In fact, the Guiness Book of Records lists our village as the premiere wine producing community in all of Germany.
Tours of the hills of vineyards on tractor drawn cart are available, we would be happy to assist in arranging this for you.
A village bakery is just a 5 to 10 minute stroll and a small super-market round 10 to 15 minutes.
Additional shopping opportunities are located in the village of Monsheim, which is only 1 mile from away.
